10. What’s your cancellation policy?
Sedans/SUVs: 24 hours notice
Sprinters & Buses: 7 days notice
Full-day/Event bookings: 14 days notice

11. Do you track flights for Miami airport pickups?
Yes. We track all commercial and private flights into MIA, FLL, and PBI in real time and adjust pickup schedules automatically for delays or early arrivals.
12. Where will I be picked up at the airport?
Meet & Greet: Chauffeur inside baggage claim with signage
Curbside: Pick-up at designated black car or limo zone
Your confirmation will include exact pickup instructions.
13. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For large bookings, wire transfers are available. Approved corporate clients may request monthly invoicing.
14. Is my personal info secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely and processed through PCI-compliant encryption. We never share or sell your information.
15. Will I receive a receipt?

16. What is the luggage capacity per vehicle?
S-Class: 2–3 bags

Sprinter Vans: 8+ bags

18. Are pets allowed?
Crated pets are allowed in most vehicles. Uncrated pets must be pre-approved and may incur a cleaning fee.
19. Do you offer a grace period for waiting time?
Yes.
Standard pick-ups: 15-minute grace period
Airport arrivals: 30-minute grace period
After that, wait time is billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
20. Is there an extra fee for additional stops?
Additional stops may incur a fee, depending on location and time. All costs will be transparently communicated up front or during the trip.
